Audience: All new employees onboarding residents at Cedar Heights

Objectives: To ensure new employees are educated and deliver a consistent message to new residents, they will complete one e-Learning course. This training will train employees to identify information in the welcome packet, list steps for an orientation session, recall key areas to inspect during an apartment walk-through, and apply communication methods to improve tenant satisfaction.
